Come and join our group, where you’ll get to talk about how best to manage all aspects of living with myotonic dystrophy.
The group will meet six times at Christchurch Hall, Northcourt Road, Abingdon, Oxon OX14 1PL and is available to those diagnosed with myotonic dystrophy and their family in the Oxfordshire area.
We’ll look at topics such as:
- pain management
- fatigue management
- recreation and leisure
- any other topics relevant to the group.
Come along and meet others living with the same condition. We’re sure you’ll find the course helpful.
The group will meet for six sessions. It’s open to family members too.
The group will also meet on the following dates:

- Tuesday 15 May
- Tuesday 29 May
- Tuesday 12 June
- Tuesday 26 June
