Ronit Himatlal is a member of Muscular Dystrophy UK’s Trailblazers, a network of young disabled people who campaign to remove the barriers that prevent them from living full and independent lives.
This Saturday 9th July Muscular Dystrophy UK’s Moving Up project held its second employment skills workshop, a day of talks and activities for young disabled people.
Ronit Himatlal, aged 23, has Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. He is spending the summer with the Trailblazers campaigns team as part of his work experience placement on the Moving Up project.
