From 14 to 20 October, people all across the UK will be raising dough to help beat muscular dystrophy.
You can be a part of it too – in your school, workplace, community or even in your home. It’s really easy to do.
Just choose your venue, invite your school, colleagues or friends, add refreshments, fold in some yummy baked goods and a layer of fundraising, and mix well. That’s your show-stopping recipe to Bake a Difference 2019!
Oliver and Tricia de Laszlo, whose son Sammy has Duchenne muscular dystrophy, came up with the idea for the baking event in 2013.
“Everyone loves baking and eating cakes, so we thought of doing something that schools and families could enjoy and at the same raise awareness and funds for medical research.”
Over the years, people across the UK have raised thousands of pounds for support and research into muscle-wasting conditions.
Join us in 2019 – we knead your support.
