Join us for a free information day for individuals and families affected by facioscapulohumeral muscular dystrophy (FSHD), spinal muscular atrophy (SMA) and myotubular and centronuclear myopathy.

Location: York Racecourse, York
Leading researchers and clinicians will be there to tell you about the latest research and healthcare. There will also be a range of exciting condition-specific workshops around independent living.
Our myotubular and centronuclear myopathy workshops are being delivered in partnership with the Myotubular Trust.
You’ll get to meet others living with muscle-wasting conditions and enjoy a day filled with practical advice and information about improving your quality of life.
Our advocacy team will also be on hand to answer any questions you may have about getting the services and equipment you are entitled to.

Lunch will be provided but please be aware there are no crèche facilities on the day. There is plenty of on-site parking and the racecourse is close to York train station which has step-free access and staff help available.
