Make Today Count! #Skydive

Event Date
1 March 2019
Registration fee
Minimum sponsorship

Every day, scientists are finding out more about muscular dystrophy, so we can bring new treatments and new hope to people. In 2019, make your day count, or encourage your friends and family to, by joining #TeamOrange and skydiving for Muscular Dystrophy UK. All you need to do is sign up today for only £29 and pledge to raise £399. Paige, from London, did just that earlier this year and had this to say about why she took on the challenge.

“I took part in Make Today Count to help raise funds for MDUK. I liked to think I made some kind of small impact on people’s lives. So if like me, you feel like you can help make an impact on people who are living with a form of muscular dystrophy, why not sign up today and take on the challenge?’

By signing up to ‘Make Today Count’ and joining Paige, you will help to support groundbreaking research into muscle-wasting conditions.

As well as a Regional Manager supporting you throughout your event, when you sign up you will receive a bespoke Make Today Count pack, which will contain:

  • A branded T-shirt to wear when you jump
  • An information pack to help with all your fundraising needs
  • A sponsorship form
  • Instructions for the BIG day

Since Make Today Count skydive events started in 2012, we’ve had over 920 amazing skydivers just like Paige take the leap to beat muscle-wasting conditions. In 2019, there’s a little extra incentive to sign up: if you happen to be the 1,000th person to sign up, you’ll get a free video of your jump! So why not sign up today with the BARGAIN price of just £29! All we ask of our participants is to raise a minimum of £399 each for the outdoor skydive to ensure we can continue to fund this vital research – we’ll help you every step of the way.

You can download the Tandem skydive medical form here. If you have one of the conditions listed on the Tandem skydive medical form but still want to take part, please contact us on 0300 012 0172. Each of the skydive sites have different allowances for conditions – one of our helpful advisers will be able to find out if you can jump. Please note that each skydive site has their own health & safety regulations regarding weight, height and age.

Please do check when booking the skydive site, as some sites have different weight restrictions. Some sites will charge an additional fee that you will need to pay if you are over the weight limit.
