The next Cross Party Group on Muscular Dystrophy meeting in the Scottish Parliament, chaired by Jackie Baillie MSP, will be on Wednesday 12 June from 5.30pm to 7pm in Committee Room 3 at the Scottish Parliament.
Cross Party Group meetings are a chance to discuss the priorities for developing care and support services available for people with muscle-wasting conditions in Scotland.
The meeting will include discussing:
- updates on Spinraza access and the new ultra-orphan medicines pathway
- Freedom of Information requests on psychological support and accessible housing
- findings from Muscular Dystrophy UK’s Benefits Survey 2019
- activity for the Cross Party Group over the forthcoming year
