The Great South Run is the world’s premier 10 mile road race and we are looking for people to join us on Sunday 20 October 2019 to run for Muscular Dystrophy UK.
The course in Portsmouth goes through historic dockyards and offers those new to running a great challenge as well as the opportunity for a personal best for more experienced athletes. With 25,000 other runners, you will be cheered on by huge crowds and run past bands that will keep you going with lots of music and support.

Whether you are new to running or an experienced runner we will give you all the support, advice and fundraising tips you need to prepare for the event. You will be sent a fundraising pack and a running vest to wear in training and at the event. On the day you will have a member of staff cheering you on and being the point of contact for yourself and any family or friends who may attend to cheer you on also.
Registration for the Great South Run is now open! Registration fee is £25 and the minimum of £250 for Muscular Dystrophy UK.
