Below are suggested wordings to share with your solicitor, depending on which gift you choose to leave.

If you have decided to leave a residuary gift:
I give (x)% of the residue of my real and personal estate which I can dispose of by will in any manner I think proper to Muscular Dystrophy UK (Registered Charity No. 205395 Scottish Registered Charity No. SC039445) of 61A Great Suffolk Street, London, SE1 0BU to be applied to the general purposes of the said charity. The receipt of the Treasurer or the other proper officer for the time being of the said charity shall be complete discharge to my Executors.

For a pecuniary (cash) gift:
I give the sum of £(x) to Muscular Dystrophy UK (Registered Charity No. 205395 Scottish Registered Charity No. SC039445) of 61A Great Suffolk Street, London, SE1 0BU to be applied to the general
purposes of the said charity. The receipt of the Treasurer or the other proper officer for the time being of the said charity shall be complete discharge to my Executors.

If you are leaving a specific gift or specific items:
I give my (description of item of property to be given) to Muscular Dystrophy UK (Registered Charity No. 205395 Scottish Registered Charity No. SC039445) of 61A Great Suffolk Street, London, SE1 0BU to be applied to the general purposes of the said charity. The receipt of the Treasurer or the other proper officer for the time being of the said charity shall be complete discharge to my Executors.
