Our Muscle Groups are informal support meetings, open to anyone living with a muscle-wasting condition. Family, friends, carers and PAs are all welcome too. The meetings are a great opportunity to meet others affected by neuromuscular conditions, and to give you a safe space to share information and advice with peers.
Everyone is welcome to these meetings – whether you have been coming for years or have never been before.
We'll be joined by our Changing Places team to tell you more about their campaign and how to find accessible toilets in your area. We'll also be joined by Josh from Ablemove to talk to us about the products he has created to make travel easier and his top tips for travelling. There will then be plenty of time to informally chat with other attendees about accessibility, or anything else that you'd like to discuss!
