The service has ready access to physiotherapy, occupational therapy and SALT. The Respiratory team offer NIV service and there is also access to: Spinal surgery, Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Orthotics, Pathology lab, Dietetics.
How to access the service
The neuromuscular team see patients following referral from another practitioner, such as a GP, neurologist or physiotherapist.

Dr David Dick
Consultant Neurologist
Dr Dick is based at the Norfolk and Norwich University Hospital and runs fortnightly neuromuscular clinics. He also performs the muscle and nerve biopsies which are sent to Addenbrooke's for interpretation.
Dr Julian Blake
Consultant Neurophysiologist
Doctor Blake’s special clinical interests are Peripheral nerve and muscle disease, Doctor Blake also has a special research interest in inherited peripheral neuropathy. Doctor Blake is a member of the Centre for Neuromuscular disease.
Dr Ruchi Arora
Paediatric Consultant
Doctor Ruchi Arora specializes in Pediatric Neurology and epilepsy. Doctor Arora holds special clinical interests in Pediatric Epilepsy and post head injury Neurorehabilitation as well as holding research interests in Epilepsy and Channelopathies. Dr Arora holds a quarterly neuromuscular clinic with support from two physios.
