The Events team is part of a successful Fundraising team that includes a Corporate Partnerships Team, a Trusts team, Regional Fundraising team, Individual Giving and Digital Team.
Main purpose of role:
To provide effective support for the team to achieve agreed fundraising targets and objectives through the delivery of a series of high quality events and major donor fundraising:
- Providing key support in the organisation of the Special Events programme including sourcing prizes, managing guest lists, marketing and liaising with suppliers.
- Providing support in the delivery of major donor relationships, from undertaking research to managing guest lists, preparing briefings and supporting events.
- Providing administrative support in the planning and implementation of our challenge, running and cycling portfolio taking responsibility for the management and delivery of our Ride London event.
To be successful in this role you will ideally be experienced in providing administrative and/or event support.
