The main purpose of the job is to support and assist the Finance and Resources Director and the London office team in all office procedures and other tasks as assigned by the Finance and Resources Director.

To support and assist the Charity London office with general reception and administration duties, as required.

  • Ensure the smooth running of the office
  • General admin support to the Finance Team
  • Contracts – day to day management of all office suppliers

Location

This role is based at our office in Southwark, London. It is within a short walking distance of Southwark and Borough Tube stations. It is also a short distance from Waterloo Station, London Bridge Station and Blackfriars Station. We are also a 5 minute walk from the Tate Modern and Southbank, a perfect place to go for lunch during the warm summer months.
