We are looking for a Head of Individual Giving and Donor Engagement on a 9-12 month fixed term contract.  The main purpose of the role is:

To reach and engage with people directly affected by muscle-wasting conditions and with the general public to generate income.

To grow income through individual giving; online and offline marketing programmes, ensuring the charity’s fundraising presence and donor journeys are optimised.

To grow income for long-term sustainability through legacy and short-term in-memory activities.

To be a motivating and supportive coach and manager for team members, a highly effective leader of cross-charity project teams, and a proficient senior manager at the charity.

This role is based at our office in Southwark, London. It is within a short walking distance of Southwark and Borough Tube stations. It is also a short distance from Waterloo Station, London Bridge Station and Blackfriars Station. We are also a 5 minute walk from the Tate Modern and Southbank, perfect place to go for lunch during the warm summer months.
