My time with Moving Up
I first heard about the Moving Up Project from a Trailblazers representative talking at a Young Person’s hospital group that I attend monthly. A few of the members of the group had already done a placement at MDUK, so I was interested to find out more.

My placement at Wall to Wall
A few weeks I had the wonderful opportunity to undertake a work experience placement at Wall to Wall, at Gray’s Inn Road in London.

Journey to Employment
As the new Employability Officer at Muscular Dystrophy UK I am setting up a Working Group for young disabled people in London to learn about their experiences of finding and staying in work.

Work Experience with the Trailblazers: Romina Puma
London Trailblazer Romina Puma is a stand-up comedian and disability campaigner. She has been performing internationally for over eight years.

My experience so far on the Trailblazers Moving Up project
Ronit Himatlal, aged 23, has Spina Bifida and Hydrocephalus. He is spending the summer with the Trailblazers campaigns team as part of his work experience placement on the Moving Up project.
