All of our profits from our shop will help fund our work supporting people across the country with muscle-wasting conditions and funding research to find effective treatments for muscular dystrophy.

2. When will I get my order?

Your order will be processed within 3 working days – please allow 14 days for delivery.

3. What if you are out of stock of any item?

If any item you have chosen is unavailable, our shop team will contact you via telephone or your email address and advise on the options available to you.

4. How is my data used?

If you are new to Muscular Dystrophy UK, your personal details will be held by Muscular Dystrophy UK and Dawleys Limited (the fulfillment company that delivers orders) for the purposes of the fulfillment of your order.

5. What if I have a complaint?

6. Returns and Damages

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact the shop within 7 days. We will offer you a replacement item or a full refund.
