    Don't Forget Your "FLU JAB"……..

Booked my flu jab appointment today.

    These are just vital.

The last few winters just have not not had colds
and flu. They also project you from all sorts of other
    horrible things too.

Apart from not being ill all the time you can isolate
and deal with your other more long term problems.

I always get them but I am surprised that they are a ‘best guess’ at the strain that might be evident at the time. I’m not putting my foil hat today promise he he :) My GP usually shouts me in for mine

Personally I will not be having one, and neither will dragon. We both end up ill after having had them in the past so we leave them alone.
As an afterthought I think it is 99 days to Christms. yup time does fly.

    Hi everyone,

I advise everyone to have a look at this page if they are unsure if they should be getting a flu jab: http://www.nhs.uk/Conditions/vaccinations/Pages/who-should-have-flu-vaccine.aspx
