I know its tempting but try not to go too tight as this makes leaks worse. There is this cool looking comfort pad on ebay to go on the bridge of your nose ebay number 320626032779 looks like the jelly party feet you put in high heels ment to ask my vent nurse about it but forgot.
I had a mask years back, like the one you posted. I found it helpful to put a spacer under the plastic part on the forhead section. it lifted the mask a away from my face at the top of my nose. giving mask a better angle.
When I was first put on Bi-pap my morning headaches and nausea stopped and I was much healthier. The number of colds and chest infections reduced. It took a little time to get used for me too, the skin on my nose broke down and I was also plagued by the air escaping and blowing in my eyes. Now it is just part of my life, my routine and I am very glad that I have it.
