Muscle Groups are our informal regional support meetings, open to anyone living with a muscle-wasting condition. Family, friends, carers and PAs are all welcome too. The meetings are a great opportunity to meet others in your area, and to give you a safe space to share information and advice with peers.
Everyone is welcome to these meetings – whether you have been coming for years or have never been before, we look forward to seeing you there.
We'll be meeting at Holiday Inn Express M27 J7, Botley Road, West End SO30 3XA, Southampton, SO30 3XA, 11am - 1pm.
We'll be providing lunch so please do let us know your dietary requirements when you register. The venue is accessible, and there is free parking available on site, including 8 accessible spaces.
