Parallel Windsor
Parallel Windsor is a festival of inclusivity.
It has a huge range of activities and entertainment: Animal kingdom, arts and crafts, climbing wall, comedy, cookery, dance, inclusive sport, music, picnic area, sensory zone, street food, storytelling, quiet space yoga and wellbeing.
If you would like to you can also participate in one of their challenge events on the day. They organise a 100m, 1K, 5K, 10K and SuperSensory 1k.
Itinerary
The event opens at 11AM.
As soon as you arrive, be sure to stop by our gazebo. It’s your go-to spot for the day! Pick up your goody bag, chat with our friendly fundraising team, and connect with other amazing local fundraisers.
Our gazebo is the perfect place to relax, recharge, and plan your day as you explore everything the inclusive Parallel Windsor festival has to offer.
Parallel Windsor also has the following events happening throughout the day:
- 11.15 AM: Participate or cheer in the 10k
- 11.30 AM: Participate or cheer in the 5K
- 1:00 PM: Participate or cheer in the 1K
- 1:30 PM: Participate or cheer in the 100m
- 2.30 PM: Greatest Dancer Challenge
- 4.00 PM: Participate or cheer in the SuperSensory 1k
The event ends at 5 PM.

There will be water and snacks available at our gazebo. Otherwise there are a range of vendors available to buy food from throughout the day.
You can reach Parallel Windsor by car, by bus or by rail.
Yes, on-site parking is available for a cost of £8, payable on the day.
Yes, there are ReveLOO toilets.
Yes. All support and assistance animals are welcome.
Yes, children are more than welcome to come along with you!
We love seeing young fundraisers getting involved — it’s a great chance to inspire the next generation. All under-18s will need to be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout the event.
If you’re part of a Family Fund, we’d love to see you at our Family Fund Big Weekend instead! Our big weekend is designed for Family Funds to come together, share experiences, and speak directly with our fundraising team about your journey.
There is no entry fee or fundraising target when you enter a Parallel Windsor challenge event through us.
You’re welcome to simply enjoy the challenge, but if you’d like to give fundraising a go in the lead-up, we’d be so grateful for your support.
