Art Therapy Programme for Children, Teens & Siblings

Muscular Dystrophy UK is proud to partner with the Teapot Trust to offer free online art therapy sessions designed to support the emotional wellbeing of children, teenagers, and siblings affected by muscle-wasting conditions.

Find Support, Share Experiences, and Build Community

Delivered via Zoom by a qualified, experienced Art Therapist, each 6-week programme offers a safe and creative space to explore feelings and build resilience.

The siblings programme (ages 7 to 11) will begin w/c 27 October 2025.

The teenagers programme (ages 14-17) will begin w/c 26 January 2026.

Spaces are limited and offered on a first come, first served basis.

What to Expect:

  • A safe and creative space to explore feelings and build resilience.
  • A 6-week programme delivered by an experienced Art Therapist
  • Three separate cohorts across the next year; children aged 7-11, teenagers (14-17 years old) and siblings (7-11 years old)

The programme is open to any children, teens & siblings who are living with a muscle-wasting condition.
