SMA REACH UK has been created to establish national agreement on medical and physiotherapy assessments, and standards of care for people living with spinal muscular atrophy. This work will help prepare professionals and patients for future clinical trials in the UK.
The project which is funded by Muscular Dystrophy UK alongside partner SMA charities will ensure high quality data is inputted into a new database available to all neuromuscular teams in the UK who see patients with spinal muscular atrophy.
