Whether you’re newly diagnosed, supporting someone close to you, or simply looking to stay informed, this day is designed to offer practical advice, expert insight, and a welcoming space to connect with others.
Join us for a relaxed day focused on your journey to independence. We know that becoming an adult or facing changes in your condition can be overwhelming, with so many questions about how to live life on your own terms. You’ll hear from speakers and exhibitors about everything from social and leisure activities in Northern Ireland to managing your care with Direct Payments/SDS, using adaptive technology, and exploring higher education and driving.
