Join the Big Family Weekend 2026, for families of those living with a muscle wasting condition.

Whether you’re catching up with old friends or meeting new ones, it’s all about fun, relaxation, and adventure in a supportive and inclusive environment.

This year, we’re excited to bring a new adventure to the weekend with a visit to the Blue Planet aquarium. You can find out more about this fully accessible activity here.

What to expect:

• An opportunity to relax, spend time with family and experience new activities
• Access to Blue Planet aquarium in Chester on Sunday
• A fully accessible venue including play area
• A chance to share stories, support, and laughter with other families who truly understand.

This weekend is designed for you – a break from everyday life where you can focus on what matters most: family, fun, and making memories.

The cost is £25 per person over 5 years of age. If you are a Family Fund you can use your welfare monies for this weekend – simply get in touch with us.
